You can use the Go Straight to the Latest Treasures link (SoarHawk) to go quickly to some of the latest things people have posted here so far. Then treat the others (the ones without links) on the list as items in a Scavenger Hunt and see if you can find them all by yourself!
You can go look at what's here so far in the four major content arenas on the site: Years, Places, Subjects and Reflective Writings. Click on one of these on the left sidebar, and look for items without a question mark. Click on these, and let them take you to interesting places.
You can click on the left sidebar's Step By Step instructions to get an overall picture of how to do things on this site.
You can go down the left sidebar categories and explore the Concept of this site, see the folks who have registered on it, look at the list of the most recent changes, see the complete Index of pages, search for any materials here on a topic of special interest to you, leave your comments for others who will visit the site, ask for advice or help about doing something on the site. (Hold off on Create New Topic until you know where and why to do that.) You can also visit the other two Webs--the Foswiki and the Sandbox--in the first, to watch the slide show about this software or, in the second, to start playing with it and learning how it works.
You can jump right in and start putting things up here that you want to share. See the brief instructions for doing this on the top of each arena page or more detailed options described in StepByStep.
All great ways to begin. So, pick one and go for it!
