The Springboard Venture

Original Context

People are welcomed and encouraged to be part of the Springboard Gathering event, either in person or online. Invitations include the following points:

1. This gathering is about the Order and its future. It could also be about the formation of a new Order. It is probably the first of many such gatherings.
2. This gathering is about the future, not the past. We will not be discussing the Institute of Cultural Affairs in the USA, per se, except as we may wish reflect on what the ICA has accomplished since its incorporation in 1973.
3. This gathering is about globality. We will be considering what, where and who for the planet. It is beyond the USA.
4. This gathering is about action. Those who come should be considering how they might join with others in some new ventures/ centers or synergistic work.
5. This gathering is about the Repository. We have much work to do to make our past, current and future research available and interactive to a larger audience.
6. Finally, this gathering is about Spirit. Our collective spirit and the new expressions of the Spirit Movement that we need to serve.
