Dear Colleagues, It is with great sadness that Gordon and I just recently learned of the death of our dear friend and colleague, David Horn, on Friday, January 23, 2009 in Illinois. He was cremated and buried in Texas with Dee on February 7 and a memorial service was held on February 21 at the United Church of Rogers Park in Chicago. I have requested a copy of the memorial service bulletin and/or his obituary from UCRP and hope to have additional information/material to post here in the near future. I am also trying to connect with his daughter, Beth. As Byrne and Carole Johnson said in a recent mail to us: "His was a great spirit and we also miss him greatly."
