Facilitating Project Excellence (FPE)

ICA USA's latest course in the ToP series. This is a place for sharing work in progress, where the Core Team developing and delivering this course will be tracking their work, using some of the tools of project management in collaborative and interactive ways. Here you'll at different times find such things as the course description; milestone and responsibility charts; draft pages for the workbook and trainer's manual; and forms and slides for the course, among others.
