From the Alton Photo Collection

This is about 1980, with Joe Slicker and the Kenya Replication Scheme, in which ICA Kenya involved 1,500 villages in doing DOOP( Do Our Own Project). The other people in the picture are the "Circuiters", who spent day and night on the road doing village meetings and training staff (Larry Philbrook on the right).
