I have recently turned 43 and spent the last 3 months in sever pain resulting from a fractured disk in my neck. I finally had an operation to replace the disc with a prosthetic and am beginning to feel slightly recovered.

Having been arrested more then 30 times in my life, some might consider me to be a habitual criminal. I hope not to find myself getting arrested again until my daughter, Terra Joy, is a teenager.

I am married to beautiful Jennifer (aka Green Jenni) who has a 13 y.o daughter, Autumn. Our daughter, Terra Joy, is 4 y.o and 4 months. I have been Office Manager for a small nonprofit legal advocacy organization for 5 years. Besides work, taking care of the family and house as best as I can, I am a volunteer internet coordinator for Shundahai Network.

When I find my self waking up in the middle of the night unable to sleep and after reviewing the current world situation in my head, I daydream of writing my first book and/or screenplay based on true stories from the nonviolent resistance movement, starting my own solo consulting business - Utah Nonprofit Solutions (at least 3 years down the road), and finding or helping to build an eco friendly house that my family can truly feel at home in.

I love the mountains, deserts, forests and water of the western United States.

As with everything else in life, this bio is an evolving story. There is more to come.
